In diesen Seminaren ist es möglich, eine erste Erfahrung mit Michaels einzigartiger Energiearbeit  zu machen. Während der Gruppe kreiert Michael einen tiefgreifenden Raum, in dem Stille, Worte, Lachen, menschliche Begegnung und Feiern einfach geschehen.

In der Regel beginnt ein Wochendseminar am Freitagabend und endet am Sonntagnachmittag, an manchen Orten dauert es fünf Tage. Für eine Teilnahme ist keine spezielle Qualifikation notwendig, sie sind offen für alle.

Michael’s sannyas name, Somendra, is a combination of Soma & Indra. Soma is the divine energy, Indra is the supreme deity of the Hindu canon who throws an axe from heaven on to the earth, to land exactly at the spot that connects heaven and earth.
